As an overarching goal, our additional Project/Process Specialist will actively participate in a global Commercial Excellence team in the optimization and establishment of commercial processes to ensure smooth and compliance business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • project management and coordination with sub-project responsibility.
  • carrying out process analysis, identifying potential for improvement to continuously optimize the Commercial & Operation processes
  • internal workflow expert to ensure processes are executed efficiently and defining timelines to be met
  • creation, updating and management of project documents (e.g. process guidelines, project progress, trainings material)
  • manage and monitor global and cross-disciplinary activities to share the best practices, especially in Commercial & Operational Excellence
  • promoting the Commercial & Operational Excellence culture originated by Bruker Optics, raise awareness for our processes and train employees
  • process analysis, communication and documentation support in global sales and operation
  • support on administrative tasks of the Commercial & Operational Excellence team

Qualifications:

  • initiative and enjoyment of working in a team
  • experience in process optimization and analysis as well as their implementation in a global sales / operation environment
  • willingness to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge
  • training, bachelor or master degree in business administration, 2-3 years of work experience are of advantage
  • comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with change management
  • multitasking and time management skills
  • strong communication & presentation skills
  • safe handling of MS Office, MS Excel, SAP, Power BI; of advantage experience in Sales Force, Share Point
  • English and German spoken and written skills
