Responsibilities:

As the Project Process Support you will be working in a future-focused and project orientated Property Team. You’ll be responsible for having an overview of all of the tools in the project life cycle, collaboratively leading on the use of these and ensuring project data accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you’ll:

  • Provide expert project process guidance to the whole Property Team to ensure the financial project data has solid integrity and setup of the project is optimal
  • Provide expert guidance to the Property Team on how to manage the project life cycle financial process using project tools
  • Identify and work with the team to establish SAP requirements and provide SAP training and advice
  • Work with the SAP lead to ensure that training and user guides are up to date and the team are using project tools consistently and correctly
  • Create, manage and maintain SAP Project Codes, working closely with the Finance Business Partner across Budget, WBS structure, Billing and other functions
  • Support monthly Construction claims with the Project Coordinators and providing support where required
  • Ensure master data for projects is collated and maintained in QuickBase and SharePoint folders and update with appropriate SAP and project information
