Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact from procurement for project-related stakeholders such as project management, engineering, project planning, controlling etc. and share progress information from a procurement perspective.
- Initiating and maintaining the project procurement plan, including managing risks, costs, quality, availability and lead times.
- Responsible for coordinating project requirements for procurement, from sales phase to execution, including scope and make-or-buy decisions.
- Manage the overall timeline related to production, delivery, installation and commissioning of all elements within the scope.
- Compliance with procurement process and policies within the project scope (contract management, competitive bidding, sourcing, etc.).
- Alignment with category strategies and use of preferred suppliers, coordination with Strategic Buyer, PPMs in different divisions and Category managers in case of specific needs.
- Collaboration i.e. early involvement, from sales phase of project and in subsequent stages
