THE OPPORTUNITY … :

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our Project Managers and Development & Assembly Department, driving and developing daily operations to meet departmental goals. You will manage supplier activities and coordinate with the purchasing department, ensuring improvement projects align with JBT’s standards for quality, lead time, and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will conduct cost calculations and financial follow-ups, monitor production forecasts, and manage supplier capacity and deviation plans. Handling purchase orders, deliveries, change orders, and invoice control will also be part of your responsibilities.

We believe that you have following experience and knowledge
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and a true team player. You should be open to changes, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results.
We expect you to have 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a project or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in Swedish and English are also required.
We would be extra happy if you have a degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Technology, or Economics, but remember it is a merit and not a requirement, so don’t let this stop you from applying.
