Responsibilities:
- Serve as a specialist in the Change Management Process and Tools for all parts in platform/customer- and series projects
- Manage all Engineering changes for Series and Pre-Series (from C-samples), aligning with Project Purchasing-Project Leaders Platform/Customer projects
- Act as a Competence Center for Change Management
- Possess a fundamental understanding of part technical requirements, manufacturing processes, cost calculations, RPP and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).
- Oversee the Engineering changes and Ratio Project Planning responsibilities distributed by Part Families
- Coordinate multi-customer changes as Engineering Change Manager
- Responsible for part management from the Series phase through to the end of life regarding change management for both BOSCH and Suppliers
- Interface directly with key stakeholders including Engineering, Commercial Purchasing, Product Quality, Suppliers, Project Purchasing Project Leaders and Project managers
- Ensure alignment and coordination for Global ECRs
