Job Description

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Analytical thinking
• Autonomous, reliable, responsible and self-motivated personality
• Good communication skills, intercultural competency
• Fluent English written and spoke

• Serve as a specialist in the Change Management Process and Tools for all parts in platform/customer- and series projects
• Manage all Engineering changes for Series and Pre-Series (from C-samples), aligning with Project Purchasing-Project Leaders Platform/Customer projects
• Act as a Competence Center for Change Management
• Possess a fundamental understanding of part technical requirements, manufacturing processes, cost calculations, RPP and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).
• Oversee the Engineering changes and Ratio Project Planning responsibilities distributed by Part Families
• Coordinate multi-customer changes as Engineering Change Manager
• Responsible for part management from the Series phase through to the end of life regarding change management for both BOSCH and Suppliers
• Interface directly with key stakeholders including Engineering, Commercial Purchasing, Product Quality, Suppliers, Project Purchasing Project Leaders and Project managers
• Ensure alignment and coordination for Global ECRs
