Project PV- Engineering & Construction Manager

• Will be reporting to the Sr. Project Manager
• An Engineering Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating all of the engineering activities within the Bulan Project’s onshore PV and providing support to the dedicated Subsea Cable team for the subsea cable engineering works.
• Will lead a dedicated engineering team comprising multi-discipline engineers as well as collaborate with other management personnel.
• Will become the vocal point / PIC in managing and coordinating with the Engineering Consultants (e.g. FEED and DED) as well as ensuring that the engineering works’ progress is aligned with the overall project schedule.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager & Construction or similar role

Engineering background in education

• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
• Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
• Math skills, including calculus and other advanced mathematics
• Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
• Relevant experience and certifications as an Engineering Manager for a similar Renewable Project (e.g. large-scale PV Plant, offshore wind farm) are advantageous.
