Summary
We are looking for a “Project Quality Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Quality Management” department at the Taufkirchen site near Munich as soon as possible.
The “Quality Management” department is responsible for the Optronics, Avionics and IFF programs, as well as the associated development, sales and logistics departments. We ensure that the processes are applied effectively and with low risk in the project and on the product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the relevant quality tasks are completed efficiently. The employees work closely with the neighboring departments, the project managers or product managers and are appointed at the start of the planning phase.

Your Tasks

• Ensuring that processes are in place, taking into account the application of contractual requirements in the project
• Ensuring the completion of project-relevant QM tasks so that the project objectives can be achieved within the performance, time and cost framework at low risk
• Planning and execution of all quality-related tasks over the entire product life cycle
• Creation of project-related QM documents, such as QM plan, process assurance plan, test sequence plan and reviews of project, verification and QM documents
• Product validation and verification, as well as certification of systems, sub-systems and equipment
• Conducting project and supplier audits and reviews to verify process and contract fulfillment

Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the technical field (engineering, electrical engineering, information technology) or comparable
• Experience in quality and / or project management
• Experience in electronics, hardware or system development
• Experience in software development, ideally in connection with quality and process assurance
• Experience in the certification of military and civil aviation equipment
• Very good knowledge of quality management systems (DIN EN 9100, AQAP, quality methods and tools: PDCA, QFD, FMEA, RCA, ISHIKAWA, KANBAN, PPS, 8D,)
• Good knowledge of development processes: V-model, RTCA / DO-254, -178, -278
• Good knowledge of current PC user programs (MS-Office & SAP)
• Knowledge of requirement management, problem solving methods, as well as QM requirements and development processes in civil aviation
• Organizational and communication skills as well as a high degree of accuracy, diligence and personal responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English
