Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Project Resource Lead to join our team. This position is based out of Mississauga.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess no less than:
- University Degree in relevant field of study + 6 (six) years in workforce planning project management.
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to analyze and develop creative solutions for complex staffing challenges.
- Proven experience in creating, supporting, and leading workforce planning and resource strategies for capital projects and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate resources, including addressing owner requests and overseeing deployment timelines.
- Collaborate with the corporate organization to identify and fulfill resource needs while managing the resource pipeline.
- Ensure resourcing requirements are met and maintain accurate forecasts through the Annual Service Plan.
- Develop and implement strong succession planning and address performance issues proactively.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to conduct interviews and manage the selection process.
- Provide consolidated reporting on operational efficiency (OE) resourcing in line with established metrics.
- Coach, mentor, and support staff in their career development.
