Description:

Catalyx is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team and work on our customer site in Cork.

The project scheduler will be responsible for the migration of existing project schedules to a new in house platform as well as working with teams within the MSAT division to coordinate upcoming project scope, individual duties, timelines and communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years plus experience in biopharma / medical device industry, in a project scheduling / management role.
  • Qualification in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting PMIS such as Primavera, MS Project, Smartsheet, Shine or Power BI.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate existing project schedules to new inhouse platforms to support standardisation of project ways of working to industry standard project management best practice.
  • Standardisation of project schedule inputs.
  • Generation of project workflows in automated project management systems.
  • Data Analytics - Generation of project control metrics.
  • Simplification of reporting communication
  • Support onboarding of PMs.
  • Support pipeline analysis with cross functional NPI resource model.
  • Provide metrics against NPI delivery targets for project teams.
  • Proactive Project controls meeting ownership management in terms of scope, cost and schedule
  • Develop and maintain work breakdown structure across all platforms and proactive maintenance as SMEs provide more input.
  • Maintain product roadmap, history of changes and assumptions.
  • Maintain all project headcount files, assumptions and resource profiles
