QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, the candidates should have:

  • An academic degree within Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, Construction or similar.
  • Extensive project management experience within building and developing projects in engineering production/ construction.
  • Experience working with scheduling software such as for e.g. OPC, Primavera, Microsoft Project or similar
  • Experience with data analysis and presenting findings.
  • Working cross functionally liaising and building relations with senior stakeholders.

On a personal level, you should have a natural drive and commitment, and be focused on maintaining the most optimal process while remaining curious and willing to learn. As a professional, you have worked at a strategic level and have effective analytical capabilities to be able to communicate complex sets of data to management in an easy-to-understand way, ultimately providing direction and influencing decision making.
Furthermore, whilst working independently, you thrive in driving initiatives and have a forward-thinking outlook.
Additionally, the candidates should be prepared to travel and be fluent in spoken and written English - knowing Danish will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Continuous monitoring and controlling of the schedule.
  • Creating and updating the database using gathered data to monitor project performance.
  • Overseeing all activities related to planning, including scheduling and developing detailed project plans covering the full project scope.
  • Resource planning, from establishing and maintaining project resourcing plans to analyzing scenario planning.
  • Maintaining time schedules.
    The role will also give you the opportunity to be involved in shaping and scheduling activities at senior management level.
