ATCO Frontec is seeking a Project Scheduler/Planner to join the team in Calgary

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and maintain project schedules of various sizes
  • Apply ‘resource loading’ analysis for multiple concurrent projects
  • Participate in the selection and formulation of project tools, processes as required
  • Participate in the bidding / tender process
  • Support site and area management across organizational departments in the scheduling of work and allocation of resources
  • Identify underused resources / opportunities for operational efficiency across business units / areas of operation
  • Coordinate regularly with both operations and project staff / management
  • Identify and flag resource conflicts as well as seasonal risks
