As a Project Scheduler / Project Planner, you will be based in the Manchester / Preston area.

PROJECT SCHEDULER / PROJECT PLANNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience of Scheduling to single or multiple projects within a portfolio.
  • Experience of using Scheduling applications such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
  • Ensure monthly updates of all schedules are completed.
  • Carry out the schedule control in accordance with the client process and procedures.
  • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of setting up the Project Master Schedule.
  • Initiate, maintain and follow-up the Project Master Schedule and critical path for the Project.
  • Perform technical schedule analysis (review of float, logic, etc.) for the schedule as well as updates and revisions during the life of the project.
  • Validate accuracy and completeness of all Project Controls Scheduling information.
  • Draft the Time related sections of the monthly progress report and all other local reports with the respect to schedule and progress.
  • Understand and assist with earned value / progress measurement systems, reflecting productivity trends, as necessary.
  • Assist in managing, controlling and tracking the project cashflow against the baseline budget.
