Responsibilities:
- Coordinate proposal development activities with Sales and admin support staff;
- Develop and maintain security protocols and project security management plans for Personnel, Physical and Information Security that align with KBR policies, Government and Contract requirements;
- Foster a positive security culture and awareness
- Provide advice and translation to project teams on key government frameworks such as Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), Information Security Manual (ISM), Defence Security Protective Framework (DSPF);
- Manage security clearances, briefings and reporting requirements in adherence with Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR);
- Assist with tender submissions, including drafting technical content, coordinating document production, transmittal of documents and maintaining upcoming project management and design services pursuit registers
- Undertake security risk assessments and advice;
- Plan, coordinate and support the conduct of internal and project workshops and other engagements;
