Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department
- Perform Porsche vehicle maintenance services as specified
- Identify and diagnose customer concerns per manufacturer’s specification and guidelines
- Use various types of electrical and mechanical diagnostic equipment to test and validate vehicle systems
- Perform thorough inspection of customer’s vehicle, reporting all required repairs and preventive maintenance
- Perform full tear downs, repairs, and upgrades to vehicles
- Perform full component and sub assembly tasks such as suspension, brakes, powertrain installation and removal, mounting and balancing tires, and interior IP
- Diagnose and repair all manners of Electrical faults
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- Road test and validate repairs, service, or upgrades
- Work in a cross functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrate ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals
- Maintain proper record of time and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
