The Project Specialist is responsible for:
Supporting new product introduction as required with the Project Management and Operational teams (e.g., Hazard Data sheets). Creation and maintenance of documentation (e.g., batch documentation, works orders). JDE data entry, updates and maintenance as required with support from Associate Project Managers, Project Managers and Business Unit Managers. Liaising with Warehouse, Print Services, Artwork, Production and Quality teams to support project set-up and day-to-day activities. Production of study specific documentation to support the Project Managers to deliver client projects in an accurate and timely manner. Raising batch documents for work orders in good time prior to production, as defined by the production plan. Maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators as defined by senior management. For example (but not limited to) On Time Delivery, revenue targets, Right First Time, Schedule Adherence, minimising stock requirements. Promotes continuous improvement in all aspects of Commercial packaging and contributes positively and proactively. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) policies, procedures, rules.
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
