Project Supervisor

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Bachelors Degree in logistics,Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, or any related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Atleast 7 yrs of experience in asset management,inventory control or any related field.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing projects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficient in asset management software (eg:Maximo,SAP,ATS).
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite(Excel,Word,PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and inventory Control principles.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS:

• Ability to develop and implement asset inspection,tagging and counting programs.
• Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

• Ability to analyze data and generate detailed and well-structured reports.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues arisind during inspections and tagging.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills(Arabic and English) for reporting to higher management and coordinationg with the team.
• Training skills to guide and instruct the inspection team.

EXPERIENCE

• Industry Specific Experience:
  Previous Projects with Similar prominent local government entities and other UAE based Organizations.
  Successful count and tagging projects conducted with local government.

Proven expertise in asset management solutions with Oracle GRP,IBM Maximo and ATS systems.

• Recognition and Certifications :

Accreditation under relevant ISO standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
