PROJECT SUPERVISOR

at  MTECH AIRCON SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD

1. Ensure efficient project management which include lead and direct the project team which comprise of own workforce and subcontractors.
2. Responsible for all work-in-progress installation and testing. Ensure proper final testing and commissioning at the end of the project to handover the project to our clients in order.
3. Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer on the shop drawings and as-built drawings. Propose alternative design to substitute tender design that is practical, viable and cost saving based on site experience.
4. Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer to source for more competitive costs materials and recruitment of reliable subcontractors. Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials to the site.
5. Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer to certify subcontractor progress claims in accordance to work done. Feedback and review on subcontractor performance for management decision.
6. Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer in site correspondences for site matters as and when required.
7. Any other work duties as assigned by Management or Supervisor
