Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Project Supervisor/Project Manager specializing in fitout works for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to foresee potential issues, coordinate across multiple trades, and ensure timely project completion with minimal errors. This role requires hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

MATERIAL & SUPPLIER KNOWLEDGE:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of materials (raw/finished), suppliers, and industry-specific terminology.
• Work closely with the procurement team to source appropriate materials with sufficient quantity and ensure timely deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fitout works with demonstrated expertise in residential and commercial projects. UAE experience is mandatory.
• Education: Degree in engineering preferred. Real-world experience with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Familiarity with fitout-specific terminology and technical standards.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
  Note: Freshers or candidates with less experience will not be considered. Please refrain from applying if you do not meet the required experience criteria.
