Role and Responsibilities of Project Support Consultant:

  • Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
  • Ensures effective, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Support project team members with tasks you assign them.
  • Configuration of Fusion Software’s application platforms.
  • Provide training to clients on Fusion Software systems.
  • Potential Travel to clients within the country if required.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Required Experience:

  • Moderate level of consulting on ERP/CRM software systems experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment
  • Moderate level client engagement experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle
  • Moderate level experience managing expectations of clients

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Project Management degree or equivalent with a moderate level of related experience
Job Level: Junior
Salary Range: R10,000 - R20,000
