Job Title: Project Support
Job Summary:
Project Support professionals provide essential administrative and logistical arrangements to project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. They maintain documentation, facilitate communication, and support project tasks to help meet objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks: Schedule meetings, manage documents, and maintain organized records.
  • Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, disseminating updates and information.
  • Logistics: Coordinate project logistics, from resource procurement to logistical arrangements.
  • Task tracking: Monitor and track project tasks and deadlines, keeping team members informed.
  • Reporting: Prepare project status reports, update progress, and identify issues.
  • Budget support: Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Problem-solving: Help address project-related challenges as they arise.Any other ad-hoc tasks associated with the projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in office, project management software. Understanding of Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
  • Prior support role or project management experience is a plus.
