Description:
Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people’s and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

JOB OVERVIEW

(1 x full time (37.5 hours) based at County Hall, ability to work remotely and flexibly)
As part of our ongoing investment in clinical services, we are strengthening our project support within the new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. We are looking for a colleague to provide high-quality, effective project support services within our core programme team.
This role is varied, busy, and exciting, and is key to supporting our EPR Programme team in delivering their objectives. You can expect a thorough induction and ongoing support to develop your career with NSFT.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions
Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure that goals are met on time and within budget.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Prepare and disseminate project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes and actions.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform project decisions. Assist in the creation of project plans, dashboards, and reports to track project performance and outcomes.
- Risk Management: Support creation and management of programme risks using the Datix system
- Administrative Tasks: Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining project records, and coordination.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing queries and providing updates on project progress.
