Responsibilities:

Are you a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional with a passion for environmental project management? If you’re looking for a role where you can apply your project support expertise in a fast-paced and varied role, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodrow, part of the APEM group, are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our growing team.
As a Project Support Officer, you’ll be supporting the effective and efficient delivery of our business and enterprise projects across the group, through the provision of high quality project management support. You’ll be working closely with our project managers and assistant project managers on specific projects, providing both hands on support, project reviews and oversight reporting, as well also feeding into process improvements with the wider project management function, to improve project delivery and support business improvement.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience of supporting project management, including direct Project Support/Coordination function.
  • Experience of completing project documentation i.e. PIDs, project plans, risk registers, benefits profiles, status reports as required.
  • Proven ability in a business support function or as direct project support is desirable, including experience of using project management tools and programmes such as Deltek, Excel & MS Projects
