Looking for candidates who could start as within a month preferrably
To support the development and implementation of projects within Interface Clinical Services and to monitor the lifecycle of the project. To support the Projects Managers in day to day administrative tasks. To monitor the lifecycle of business as usual projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Thorough familiarity with word , excel spreadsheets creating and maintaining , and project scheduling computer applications
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills
  • PRINCE II qualification desirable but not essential

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for all aspects of project management including but not limited to:

  • Monitor and track progress and spend of business as usual projects
  • Creation of highlight reports for ongoing projects
  • Meeting organisation, planning and minute taking for project related meetings Organisation and monitoring of training courses for pharmacists in relation to new projects.
  • Analysis of project closure reports and data outputs
  • Liaise with internal departments on ongoing data outputs from projects in review
  • Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.
  • Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans.
  • Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.
  • Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed methodology
  • Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
  • Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams.
