Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer to join the Forensic Directorate at Oxford Health.
The successful candidate plays a critical role in supporting the Business & Service Development Manager in leading the development of and co-ordinating the directorate strategy and work plan. Key activities include involvement in the annual planning process and associated projects and workstreams within the Forensic Directorate.
The role requires someone with strong project management skills and an ability to effectively manage workloads, prioritising multiple projects and tasks appropriately to meet the needs of the Directorate.
You will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills in order to establish good working relationships. A high level of analytical skills and attention to detail are key for this position.

THE POST HOLDER WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

Support the team to ensure the portfolio of tasks and projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.
Play an integral part in coordinating and gathering updates on service change and strategic/business activities, producing reports and presentations, gathering, analysing and interpreting informatio n to support the Directorate
Work closely with the Business & Service Development Manager with the annual planning process and other performance reports.
