Description:

We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our Bank Connectivity Team at treasuryONE.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers: Support in planning and executing various projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate Activities: Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Manage Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Track Progress: Monitor project timelines and prepare status reports.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the project team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a project support role, preferably in financial services.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
