BAM Construction are currently recruiting for a Project Surveyor to join the Central region. This is a Hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work flexibly between site, home and our Solihull office.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running and completing projects in excess of £50m across sectors Healthcare, Education, Mixed use and Commercial. This key position is accountable for all post contract aspects of surveying and commercial site functions.

YOUR MISSION

• Actively managing risk and opportunity
• Seeking opportunities and development in design to improve the overall project delivery
• Management of client valuations and variations all the way through to agreeing the final account
• Attending client progress meetings and provide updates of current progress
• Maintaining client and consultant professional relationships
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Carrying out and overseeing procurement activities and ensuring production of robust orders
• Controlling commercial subcontract packages
• Producing monthly and quarterly cost reports assessing cost and value to date and projecting future cost and value
• Managing a team to cover all the aspects mentioned above.
