Denmark has set an ambitious and radical goal to upgrade the totality of its mainline network. Alstom is there to set this ambition to life and has started the deployment of state-of-the-art ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signalling technology both on the trackside infrastructure and train fleets. This technology will drastically improve the passenger experience by reducing the number of delays and increasing transport capacity.
Could you be our Project Technical Manager in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field., and work alongside Dynamic and proactive teammates.
You’ll be the technical representative in front of customers and external stakeholders from NTP to end of warranty: responsible for any technical communications to the customer and external stakeholders such as contractors or consortium,. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business , Be accountable for the customer acceptance of the project solution and organize design review with the customer when necessary.
You’ll specifically take care of raising the Raise the project technical risks and build the corresponding mitigation plan with the Project Engineering Manager. But also Identify which are the applicable regulations in the customer country and ensure they are taken into account in project solution design.
We’ll look to you for:
- Build the input configuration baseline with customer inputs for the deployment of the solution by the Design Leading Unit.
- Be responsible for the On-Shore project design and application engineering activities.
- Ensure reaching the contractual performances required.
- Approve all technical documents (including engineering, installation and T&C)
- Manage the Roll-Out technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan.
- Deploy the Roll-Out solution, meaning the customization and parameterization of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance commitments.
- Controls the technical consistency through a strong engineering process management, quality, cost and delivery approach.

- Master’s degree from Electrical or Electronical Engineering School
- 8 Years of professional experience in Engineering / Technical functions
- 5 Years of professional experience in Railway Signallin
