JOB REQUIREMENTS

Who are we looking for?
You are someone who knows how to take action and is driven by results. You have a keen eye for detail and understand how to organize and complete complex projects. Additionally, you have a strong affinity for process improvement and are familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

What do you bring?

• Higher vocational or university-level thinking and working experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a commercial and service-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of business processes and developments within Call Centers and the Loyalty Business.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Experience with project management and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and implementing operational and strategic projects. Under the guidance of a Black Belt, you ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You play a crucial role in identifying improvement opportunities within our processes and translating these into concrete actions and results.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project definition: Analyze operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate these into achievable project goals.
• Feasibility checks: Assess new business requirements and advise on their feasibility, in collaboration with our New Business Manager.
• Project management: Coordinate and lead project teams, monitor budgets and deadlines, and ensure efficient execution.
• Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose solutions that lead to organizational improvements.
• Networking: Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent Cygnific in relevant external meetings.
