Projects Director – Hospitality Construction

JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, a leading main contractor are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Director who should have at least 20 years of experience within project management and oversight of mega construction programs specifically within High Rise & 5* hospitality projects internationally and across the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree in civil engineering/construction from an accredited western university
• Having worked for a respected main contracting company previously
• Minimum 20 years experience
• Extensive experience in 5* Hospitality & High Rise
• International project experience including within the GCC is preferred.

• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
• Monitor projects’ budgets and resources and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
• Recruitment of key personnel.
• Track projects milestones and deliverables and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide senior leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
