Description:

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Communications-Marketing, and working as part of a multidisciplinary creative team, the successful candidate will coordinate major events and handle special projects for various in-house departments.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role;

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Bilingualism, English and French, to support our French-speaking and unilingual English-speaking clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of spoken and written French;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Have knowledge of the digital world and social networks;
  • Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MailChimp (an asset);
  • Excellent organizational and logistical skills;
  • Show proven communication and analytical skills;
  • Manage priorities, stress, and occasional short deadlines;
  • Have excellent customer service skills;
  • Maintain a courteous, discreet and thorough approach;
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and openness to change;
  • Take a proactive attitude and enjoy teamwork.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • The successful candidate will be required to travel to Toronto once or twice a year for events in
    collaboration with the sales team.
