Description:

Awtad is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and materials meet our high-quality standards before they are delivered to clients. As a Quality Inspector, you will conduct inspections, tests, and audits, and report on the quality of our processes and materials. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will help maintain our reputation for excellence in the real estate sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using measuring and inspection tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform tests on samples to determine product quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with relevant teams to address and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Train and educate staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
