Job Descfription:
As the Promotions/Marketing Manager at our family entertainment center, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to attract guests, enhance the guest experience, and drive revenue growth. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and communication skills will play a crucial role in increasing the center’s visibility and ensuring its continued success. This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the family entertainment center’s attractions, events, and offerings.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
2. Promotional Campaigns:
- Create and manage promotions, special offers, and packages to attract new and repeat guests.
- Design eye-catching promotional materials, both digital and printed.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Utilize analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
4. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and relevant content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media content, to promote the center’s attractions and events.
5. Guest Engagement:
- Foster engagement with the center’s online and offline communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Develop strategies to encourage guest interaction and user-generated content.
6. Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to cross-promote and increase brand visibility.
7. Event Promotion:
- Promote and market special events, parties, and seasonal activities to attract attendees and enhance the guest experience.
8. Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that offer the best return on investment.
9. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Use data to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or advertising, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and creativity to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective content creation and messaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the family entertainment center.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
