Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Properties Reconciliation Clerk who is used to capturing bulk payments and can draft detailed reconciliations. This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Matric; • Minimum of 3 years Finance/Clerical experience; • Strong reconciliation experience essential; • Property reconciliation experience advantageous.
Responsibilities:
• Capturing Utility Payments onto the Truworths Property System (TPS) (monthly); • Reconciling Landlord Statements to TPS (monthly); • Handling Landlord queries – Telephonically and via e-mail (daily); • Liaising with Landlord’s to obtain requisite supporting documentation (daily); • Calculating Annual Rates increases / decreases (daily) • Ad hoc projects (as they present themselves)
