Description:

This role as an Account Manager for a Property Group based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and client satisfaction while working closely with the Key Account Director. If you’re a self-motivated individual with a knack for building relationships, overcoming challenges, and achieving sales targets, this position could be an excellent fit.
Due to location you will need to drive and have own transport

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Educate clients on the full range of services offered
  • Provide regular updates to clients on ongoing cases and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Drive growth by increasing business levels from assigned accounts.
  • Manage client pipelines across property sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Experience in selling to the professional services sector.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle objections over the phone and negotiate effectively.
  • Highly organized and proficient in Office 365 programs.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the probate process.
  • Experience in property valuation.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000.
  • Performance-Based Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on results.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
