In this role the Property Acquisition Manager will actively develop, manage, and execute acquisitions strategies for property tenure required to deliver major infrastructure projects throughout Sydney Water’s area of operation. Work constructively with the broader Property team to develop ways of delivering cost savings through optimisation opportunities in the project planning and options phase.
You will represent Property Services team through providing technical expertise, site selection advice, and project management for the delivery of property acquisition initiatives meeting all facets of legislative and regulatory compliance requirements required to deliver the maximum benefit to Sydney Water.
