What you’re looking for… We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. If you are passionate about bookkeeping, have a knack for administration, and thrive in a property management setting, this role is perfect for you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
  • Experience in property management (commercial, residential, or condo) is preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Team-oriented and task-driven.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager or other related software is an asset.

Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Maintain office files in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Create correspondence on behalf of Property Managers to tenants, owners, etc.
  • Prepare lease, lease renewal, lease amendment, and assignment documents.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
