What you’re looking for… We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. If you are passionate about bookkeeping, have a knack for administration, and thrive in a property management setting, this role is perfect for you.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Experience in property management (commercial, residential, or condo) is preferred.
SKILLS:
- Team-oriented and task-driven.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or other related software is an asset.
Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Maintain office files in a neat and orderly manner.
- Create correspondence on behalf of Property Managers to tenants, owners, etc.
- Prepare lease, lease renewal, lease amendment, and assignment documents.
- Perform other related duties as required.
