POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting our property managers, and ensuring our office operations run smoothly. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of service and supporting our growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, property administrator, office assistant, or relevant role (property experience beneficial)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document accuracy
- Assist property managers with administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- May be required to attend board meetings to take minutes
