What you bring…

  • Seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in property management or related administrative fields.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • General knowledge of accounting is required.
  • Ideal candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to establish and maintain cooperative relationships, possess a professional phone demeanor, be a self-motivated team player, committed to personal growth and integrity aligned with Company objectives.
  • Candidates must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of allocating time effectively, handling multiple demands, tight deadlines, and competing priorities. They should be able to work under pressure and deliver quality results, adapt to constant change, and be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. Previous experience in Yardi software programs would be an added advantage.

You will…

  • Process rental applications and conduct background checks on prospective tenants
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure that they are signed and executed in a timely manner
  • Offer occasional leasing assistance by showcasing a suite/property to a prospective resident
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records of tenant payments and account balances
  • Respond to prospect leads, as well as tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, including conducting inspections and processing security deposits
  • Assist in coordinating the lease renewal process
  • Manage maintenance requests and ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with property managers to prepare budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks
  • Participate in resident events and initiatives to foster a sense of community and promote tenant retention
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
