We are looking for someone who values and creates great relationships with our residents and provides an exemplary level of customer service with all stakeholders (residents, trades, fellow team members). QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years residential rental experience
• Strong understanding of AB Residential Tenancy Act and its application
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Self starter and able to work without direction and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Yardi Rent Café would be an asset
  The position is located onsite at Central on 12th.
