Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing property-related documentation, verifying employment and rental information, conducting income calculations, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems. This position is integral to our operations within the industry and requires a comprehensive understanding of various accounting software systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, organize, and manage property-related documentation to ensure complete and accurate files
  • Verify employment details of tenants and potential tenants
  • Validate rental information as part of the property administration process
  • Conduct income calculations to assess tenant eligibility and rental rates
  • Conduct data entry tasks and reconcile discrepancies in our systems
  • Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Management System for various tasks
  • Execute accounting functions related to property administration
  • Perform billing functions as required for the property
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to property administration
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
  • Ability to work with Management Systems
  • Experience in handling Accounting Functions
  • Proficiency in managing Billing Functions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
