Good Place Lettings is an exciting new social enterprise lettings agency, developed by Homes for Good and Crisis. It is based on the award-winning Homes for Good model, with profits reinvested into supporting people experiencing homelessness and on low incomes to find good quality, affordable homes in London.
We are now looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Advisor. A blend of the traditional Negotiator and Property Manager roles, you will be the go-to person for all aspects of your portfolio from start to finish. As one of the first key hires for this exciting new company, you will be an integral part of the business succeeding.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Understanding our marketing strategy to keep channels updated
  • Engaging with local business to help promote Good Place Lettings
  • Updating Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn when required
  • Seeking new partnership opportunities within these platforms

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both verbally & in writing
  • Demonstrable ability to remain calm in complex scenarios & build positive relationships with tenants & landlords
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and be responsive to the needs of your portfolio, including responding to urgent tasks at short notice
  • Willingness to go the extra mile, and to always do the right thing

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in the lettings market
  • Proven knowledge & understanding of the private rented housing sector
  • Confident with compliance requirements for a tenant to move-in
  • A PRS letting agency qualification is preferable but not essential
