The Role
DRE are currently looking for driven individuals to join our real estate community. The organization is currently going through a complete rebrand and we are looking for talented Property Associates to join our brand new office. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills. As a Property Associate, you will be given the training, support and knowledge you need to build on your existing sales skills and become a real estate expert. Role & Responsibilities: - Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created. - Expert knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the UAE Real Estate market - Creating and attending property valuations and viewings - Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing right through to offer stage - Monitoring sales and liasing with appropriate managers - Following all company generated leads - Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing and networking - Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market
Requirements
Candidate must have at least 1 years sales experience, driving license, real estate experience preferred. Must be able to speak English fluently. Must understand the customer journey and have b2c and b2b sales experience. Ideally already in the UAE. - Previous sales experience in a b2c or b2b environment - Strong customer service or sales skills - Ability to use social media and keep up to date with trends - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt
