Requisitos : Responsibilities: To ensure company-set standards across the managed properties; To facilitate communication with different suppliers such as housekeeping and internal teams, to guarantee the best possible outcome for every reservation; To ensure VIP guest relations communication; To verify and assert the good condition of the units managed by the company; Proactively contribute to the development of optimized processes across the Operational departments; Support in the preparation of periodic improvement reports for the properties managed by the company; Report directly to and assist in the day-to-day tasks of the Property Care Manager. Requirements: Academical background in Tourism or Hospitality area; English fluency (others will be a plus) Soft Skills: client-oriented multitasking, capacity to work with stress situations, autonomous, proactive, detailed and flexible Willingness to work rotating shifts and rotating days off.
