Responsibilities: - To ensure company-set standards across the managed properties; - To facilitate communication with different suppliers such as housekeeping and internal teams, to guarantee the best possible outcome for every reservation; - To ensure VIP guest relations communication; - To verify and assert the good condition of the units managed by the company; - Proactively contribute in the development of optimised processes across the Operational departments; - Support in the preparation of periodic improvement reports for the properties managed by the company; - Report directly to, and assist in the day to day tasks of the Property Care Manager.
