REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric/Relevant qualification advantageous
• South African Citizen/with valid Identity document – Originating from Cape Town with family living in Cape Town will be preferential.
• Driver’s license would be preferential but not critical.
• Good fluency in English
• Physically healthy and can perform light manual tasks, including:
• Gardening
• Building maintenance
• Window cleaning (using ladders)
• Lifting and carrying objects up to 20kg

• Assisting owner with all duties in the laboratory as needed.
• General maintenance duties inside and outside the properties such as painting, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, washing windows etc.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment, car, and boat washing.
• Occasionally perform manual labour tasks and carry objects that weights up to 20 kg in weight (bags of plaster of Paris, cement, potting soil, compost etc.)
• Ability and confidence to operate basic machinery, power tools, general hand tools.
• Occasional shopping for materials and maintenance items at hardware store/ if have driver’s licence.
