QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Property Management and Investments knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Strong networking skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Real Estate certification is a plus
• Punctual, optimistic, passionate, ambitious and commands a can-do-attitude
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook
• Providing guidance of market trends to buyers and sellers
• Honest, enthusiastic and organized
• Innovative and creative who think out of the box
• Result oriented and can deliver tangible results consistently without compromising on customer service or professional standard
• UAE driving license and own car is a plus

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and promoting properties, advising clients on investment opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to demonstrate strong negotiation skills and liaise with various stakeholders to close deals and manage contracts.
