Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage a portfolio of property listings in both off-plan and secondary markets
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate and close property deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation and contracts for transactions
- Participate in networking events and property exhibitions to grow client base
