We are seeking dynamic and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in real estate sales, specifically in the off-plan sector, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan developments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

• Seek and identify new business opportunities for off-plan properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.
• Provide clients with comprehensive advice and guidance on off-plan investments.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and new developments.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports.
• Attend property viewings and site visits with clients.
• Represent the company at real estate events and exhibitions.
