- Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers, tenants, or investors.
- Showcase the unique selling points of properties and help clients assess suitability.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers, sellers, or tenants.
- Assist in closing deals by facilitating contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws, and guiding clients through the paperwork.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Create marketing materials and online listings for properties.
- Promote properties through various platforms, including real estate portals, social media, and personal networks.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
- Follow up with clients post-sale or rental to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all transactions comply with local regulations, including the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other related documentation.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sourcing new properties for sale or rent.
- Build and maintain a network of property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in property sales, leasing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Licensing: RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certification is required to operate legally as a property consultant in Dubai.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current property trends.
