Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation:

  3. Understand client needs and preferences to help them find the ideal property (residential, commercial, or investment properties).
  4. Market Research & Analysis:
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations, and real estate news in Dubai and the UAE.
  6. Provide clients with accurate, reliable market data to guide their investment or rental decisions.
  7. Property Viewing and Tours:
  8. Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers, tenants, or investors.
  9. Showcase the unique selling points of properties and help clients assess suitability.
  10. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
  11. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers, sellers, or tenants.
  12. Assist in closing deals by facilitating contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws, and guiding clients through the paperwork.
  13. Sales & Marketing:
  14. Create marketing materials and online listings for properties.
  15. Promote properties through various platforms, including real estate portals, social media, and personal networks.
  16. Client Relationship Management:
  17. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
  18. Follow up with clients post-sale or rental to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  19. Compliance & Documentation:
  20. Ensure all transactions comply with local regulations, including the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
  21. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other related documentation.
  22. Business Development:
  23. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sourcing new properties for sale or rent.
  24. Build and maintain a network of property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals.

    Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property sales, leasing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
  • Licensing: RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certification is required to operate legally as a property consultant in Dubai.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current property trends.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive sales approach.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s laws and regulations related to real estate.
