Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in the UAE. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a basic salary plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients and leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or rent.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients, providing them with detailed information about the properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate property closings, ensuring all necessary documents are in order and facilitating a smooth transaction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members, including brokers, marketing professionals, and administrative staff, to ensure optimal client satisfaction and business growth.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or similar role in the UAE real estate market.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Compensation:
- Basic salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
- Commission: Generous commission structure based on sales performance, providing significant earning potential.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
